"An elevated level of teaching beyond what I've experienced."

About Me

Teaching Pilates is my passion.

I was trained in New York City in the classical Pilates method.  I hold duel certifications from Power Pilates (2005) and the United States Pilates Association (2015), as well as completed a one-year advanced teachers program with Chris Robinson (2017).

When choosing to work with me, together we will create a program tailored specifically for you. I'll challenge, encourage and inspire you every time we meet.

While the majority of my clients want to build strength, increase flexibility, and simply feel better, I also have significant experience teaching people with joint replacements, spinal issues, and those managing chronic pain.

It has been my pleasure to have helped hundreds of students get hooked on Pilates.

My Studio

I offer a boutique fitness experience in my sunlit studio. In each lesson we focus on strength, stretch and control through authentic Pilates.

My studio is furnished with top quality classical Pilates equipment by Gratz, including a Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, High Chair, Arm Chair, and Wunda Chair.

You've made the decision to invest in yourself. We're ready to lead the way.
