My Studio

I offer a boutique fitness experience in my sunlit studio. In each lesson we focus on strength, stretch and control through authentic Pilates.

My studio is furnished with top quality classical Pilates equipment by Gratz, including a Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, High Chair, Arm Chair, and Wunda Chair.

Hi, I'm Abby Gibbons. I'm a Pilates teacher, former dancer and a health, wellness and fitness enthusiast. Since 2005 I have been teaching, training and guiding clients with the Pilates method. I offer private Pilates lessons in my home-based studio located in Keller, Texas, near Westlake, Southlake, Grapevine, Colleyville, Trophy Club, Roanoke, and the northern communities of Fort Worth.
