The Studio Experience

Train in a bright, private studio designed for focused, results-driven Pilates. This calm, distraction-free space supports both Private and Duet sessions, allowing you to train one-on-one or alongside a partner while still receiving personalized coaching.

The studio is fully equipped with classical Gratz Pilates apparatus, making it easy to tailor each session to your body, goals, and movement needs. The expanded setup allows for seamless transitions between exercises that build strength, improve mobility, and support better posture and control.

Equipment includes the Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair, High Chair, Arm Chair, and Ped-o-Pull—giving you a complete, classical Pilates experience in a comfortable, private setting.

Abby Gibbons is a classically trained Pilates instructor with a focus on thoughtful, individualized movement. Her approach prioritizes quality over volume, helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and move with greater confidence in their bodies.

With a deep respect for the Pilates method, Abby tailors each session to the person in front of her. She works closely with clients managing pain, recovering from injury, or simply looking to move better and feel stronger in daily life. Sessions are calm, focused, and intentionally paced to support long term progress rather than quick fixes.

Abby’s private studio allows her to offer hands on coaching in a supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and cared for. Whether you are new to Pilates or returning with experience, her goal is to help you move well, feel capable, and stay resilient.
