Hi, I’m Abby Gibbons — a classically trained Pilates instructor with nearly 20 years of experience and a passion for helping people feel at home in their bodies. I’ve worked with everyone from total beginners to professional athletes, and I’ve taught through every stage of life — injury recovery, aging, pregnancy, and beyond.
My studio in Keller, TX is a space for people who want more than a crowded class or one-size-fits-all session. Here, you’ll get one-on-one attention, thoughtful instruction, and personalized movement that works with your body — not against it.
